But is this safe?

If you are allowing the blocked content to run from our website, we guarantee that it is completely safe and will not harm your computer in any way at all. The script that will run is a very small JavaScript that we have used throughout the website. We do not use any form of Spyware or Cookies that could be potentially harmful to your computer and our computers are regularly checked for Viruses and other potentially damaging software to ensure that no such things can be uploaded to this website and transfered to you.

I'm still not happy about this, I've had bad experiences before. What else can I do?
