"Waterfall D-Mannose is a brilliant product! I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody who suffers from cystitis. It works, especially in the case of persistent infections, like nothing else does and the fact that one does not have to resort to antibiotics (which don’t cure the problem anyway) is a huge relief. I always have some in the house, which is just as well because now I even have to hand it out to the neighbours! It is a very rare to find a healthcare product which lives up to all its claims but Waterfall D-Mannose does exactly that!
